We give you a flat price before any work starts, we put down drop cloths, and we clean up before we leave. If something we fixed fails within two years, we come back and fix it free.

No. Phone and in-person estimates are free. Emergency after-hours visits have a flat trip fee, which we tell you before we come out.
How do you price jobs?
Flat-rate. We look at the problem, give you one price, and that’s what you pay — no hourly surprises.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Every job is done or supervised by a licensed master plumber, and we carry full liability and workers’ comp coverage.
Do you work with oil heat?
Yes, we service both gas and oil boilers and furnaces.
